NHSC-approved sites are health care facilities that provide outpatient, ambulatory, primary health services in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs), which are communities with limited access to care.
The NHSC is a Federal government program that offers financial and other support to Corps Members.
FORT KENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Fish River Rural Health is accepting applications for a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing healthcare organization in Fort Kent. Do you enjoy seasonal maintenance tasks, such as lawn care and snow removal? Then this position is for you! Preference will be given to applicants with the following proven skills: carpentry, painting, tractor operation and mechanics. Valid, unrestricted Maine Driver’s license is necessary. FRRH provides high-quality healthcare and equally appreciates FRRH facilities that demonstrate quality infrastructure and grounds maintenance to match. The Fort Kent clinic is operational Monday through Saturday. Although the work schedule is negotiable, snow removal duties will guide the winter schedule hours. FRRH part-time benefits include a retirement plan with employer contributions, paid holidays, sick and vacation benefits, in addition to many other employee incentives.
