**Fish River Rural Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a National Health Service Corp (NHSC) approved-site. NHSC-approved sites are health care facilities that provide outpatient, ambulatory, primary health services in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs), which are communities with limited access to care. The NHSC is a Federal government program that offers financial and other support to Corps Members.


OFFICE SUPERVISOR

Fish River Rural Health, is accepting applications for a full-time front-line Office Supervisor to manage its multi-site medical practices. The front-line Office Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day front-line receptionist operations, in addition to overseeing the referral department. Candidate will work as a front-line receptionist and serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and high quality care for FRRH patients, visitors, and the clinical team. Candidate will be responsible in training and overseeing a high performance team, scheduling/staff coverage, performance reviews, provider/patient relations, patient scheduling and office workflows, positive patient experience, front office billing and collections, ordering office supplies, developing front-line and referral policy and procedures, overseeing provider schedules in an electronic health records [EHR] system. Candidate must be detailed oriented, organized, dedicated, reliable, possess exceptional communication skills, computer proficiency, excellent problem solving skills, and great attitude and work ethics. Individual must possess strong face-to-face and telephone customer service skills, as well as a proven ability to effectively multi-task. Experience in a fast-paced clinical setting and EHR system skills preferred. Ability to speak French helpful, but not required. Requires two or four year college degree in Business or comparable training and experience. Supervisory experience, medical terminology, and two years' experience in a primary health care setting. Ability to travel between sites required. Competitive benefit package.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Fish River Rural Health (FRRH) ) administrative team growth opportunity: Full-time position as Executive Secretary at the Eagle Lake Health Center. This position is responsible to provide administrative assistance to Agency's Executive Director. Tasks include answering telephone and administrative correspondence, operational support using a combination of computer and critical thinking skills, writing letters and memos, typing meeting minutes, administrative scheduling, and other information preparation duties. Certification of Degree in Business/Secretarial Science from a college or university preferred with at least three years of responsible experience in an office setting.
